Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) is a systematic process of pressure point type therapy that re-establishes balanced nerve function and communication between the divisions of the central nervous system: the conscious and subconscious. This communication can be disrupted by physical and emotional trauma as well as environmental toxins.

The combination of working through specific pressure points in a specific order while concentrating on specific memory stresses corrects the mind/body communication channels and restores the body’s self-healing abilities. Once restored, the body can correct conditions traditionally treated with medications or surgery.

Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing. Instead of balancing or clearing out an energy field, Reiki focuses on the level of “life force energy” in a person. When low on this energy, people are more likely to become ill, stressed, depressed, or otherwise fall into a negative state. When a person is full of this energy they are more happy, healthy, and able to recover from set-backs more quickly.

Therapeutic Touch

Therapeutic Touch is a method of treating the human energy field, specifically to remove the imbalance or disorder caused by disease. Despite the name, physical contact is not always involved. Because a person’s energy field extends beyond the skin by several inches, the practitioner can evaluate and facilitate smooth energy flow without direct contact.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain, and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system.
