In Andrea's Yoga Classes, we harness the mental, physical, and nervous system energies of the body and by applying the will to practice consistently, we manage our daily energy stress. Without such a practice, we leave ourselves vulnerable to depletion, stagnation, pain and disease.


Andrea's yoga practices  combine breath, mental awareness, mantras, body locks, postures, and primal grounding movement to balance and strengthen the nervous system, release stuck stress, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings together mind, body, and soul, to make way for more love, joy, and peace in our lives.

Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing. Instead of balancing or clearing out an energy field, Reiki focuses on the level of “life force energy” in a person. When low on this energy, people are more likely to become ill, stressed, depressed, or otherwise fall into a negative state. When a person is full of this energy they are more happy, healthy, and able to recover from set-backs more quickly.

We offer a wide range of classes, workshops and events delivered online for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.  Subjects range from Aligning with Sacred Feminine, Chakra Balancing, and breathwork and yoga poses to support optimal health.
